Jakarta, Sept. 5 -- The Jakarta provincial government and China's Guangdong Province held a paradiplomatic dialogue in Guangzhou to explore economic cooperation, focusing on micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) empowerment and urban water management.

Elisabeth Ratu Rante Allo, head of the Jakarta Industry, Trade, Cooperative, and SME Office, represented the capital during talks between Indonesian MSMEs Minister Maman Abdurrahman and Guangdong Governor Meng Fanli, according to an official statement on Saturday.
