Jakarta, July 21 -- Indonesia's Ministry of Primary and Secondary Education is ready to integrate the national curriculum with school-specific and locally context-based curricula under the Integrated National Schools (SNT) programme.

The Minister of Primary and Secondary Education Abdul Mu'ti said the SNT curriculum is designed to strengthen students' foreign language proficiency, digital technology skills, and global outlook while ensuring they remain grounded in the country's values and cultural heritage.

"We want students to develop competencies that are relevant to the changing times, while still rooted in the noble values and culture of the Indonesian nation," Mu'ti said here on Tuesday.
