Jakarta (ANTARA) - Saudi Arabian Hajj Pilgrimage Officials (PPIH) urged Indonesian pilgrims who have arrived in Medina to always carry their Hajj cards when traveling or leaving their hotels.

"Always bring your Hajj cards when traveling," spokesperson for the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah Maria Assegaf said in a press conference in Jakarta on Monday.

She explained that it was official access and the pilgrims must wear it during in the Holy Land. Anyone who does not carry or possess Hajj card will be denied entry to certain areas, particularly in Mecca.

Therefore, they must use it at all times wherever they go.
