Indonesian govt targets villages to boost creative economy
Jakarta, July 14 -- Creative Economy Minister Teuku Riefky Harsya said the government will strengthen cooperatives by empowering village-based creative businesses through its 2026-2045 Creative Economy Master Plan, aiming to drive inclusive growth and expand regional economic opportunities.
The Creative Village Activation Program, part of the 2026-2045 Creative Economy Master Plan (Rindekraf), reflects the government's commitment to empowering communities, including those in disadvantaged, frontier, outermost and border (3TP) areas.
