Jakarta, Nov. 2 -- Minister of Higher Education, Science, and Technology Brian Yuliarto is urging universities to take part in the national Red and White (Merah Putih) Chip semiconductor project by helping prepare the chip design ecosystem, strengthen research, and develop skilled talent.

In a statement issued in Jakarta on Monday, Yuliarto emphasized the importance of ensuring that every stage of the Red and White Chip project is carried out with clear direction and a solid foundation.
