Jakarta, July 25 -- Indonesia won two gold medals in the men's and women's 7-kilometer vertical races at the 2026 Southeast Asian Trail Running Confederation (SEATRC) Championships.

"As head of the Indonesian contingent, I am proud of our athletes for winning both gold medals. We extend our highest appreciation to Putra Aldio and Fitri," Donny Gahral Adian said Friday.

Putra Aldio won the men's race in 1 hour, 3 minutes, 54 seconds, ahead of the Philippines' Christone Dinawanao and Thailand's Surachat Thaesi.

Fitri won the women's race in 1 hour, 20 minutes, 59 seconds, ahead of Cambodia's Laurie Phai and Thailand's Pitchanan Mahachot.
