Indonesia to send 25 regional heads to Singapore for governance course
Jakarta, July 15 -- Indonesia's National Resilience Institute (Lemhannas) unveiled a plan to send 25 regional government leaders enrolled in its educational program to Singapore to observe best practices in public service improvement.
"They will visit the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy at the National University of Singapore to receive insights, particularly on public services such as education, health, and waste management," Lemhannas Governor Ace Hasan Syadzily said on Wednesday.
Addressing the press in Central Jakarta, he explained that the Singapore visit forms part of the third batch of the Regional Leadership Strengthening Course (KPPD) program, scheduled to run from July 15 to 18, 2026.
