Jakarta, July 3 -- The Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources aims to complete its 2026-2035 National Energy General Plan (RUEN) by September 2026 after conducting public consultations across several provinces, a senior official said on Friday.

The roadmap will guide the country's energy supply, demand, and transition strategy over the next decade. It is scheduled for completion within one year after the revised National Energy Policy (KEN) was issued in October 2025.
