Jakarta, April 16 -- Deputy Minister of Agriculture Sudaryono ensured that national fertilizer supplies remain secure despite global supply chain disruptions caused by tensions in the Middle East.

With total fertilizer production reaching around 14.5 million tons, the government is optimistic that national needs can be met while maintaining stability.

"Our production is sufficient as the total national need for urea fertilizer is around 6.8 million tons," Sudaryono stated in Jakarta on Wednesday.
