Jakarta, March 28 -- Indonesian Minister of Hajj and Umrah, Mochamad Irfan Yusuf, emphasized that Indonesia's operational preparations for the 2026 Hajj pilgrimage are on track, with progress nearing 100 percent.
"We are continuing to finalize our operational readiness. Our primary focus is ensuring the safety and security of pilgrims through comprehensive mitigation measures," he said in a statement received in Jakarta on Saturday.
The Indonesian Ministry of Hajj and Umrah is committed to ensuring that this year's pilgrimage reflects smooth, transparent, and clean public service, also free from any form of irregularities.
