Jakarta, June 23 -- Indonesia's House of Representatives (DPR) has approved the government's proposal to include a bill on the Indonesian International Financial Center (PFII) in the 2026 National Legislation Program (Prolegnas).

The approval was granted during a meeting between the DPR's Legislation Body (Baleg), Deputy Law Minister Eddy Hiariej, and Deputy State Secretary Bambang Eko Suhariyanto at the Parliament Complex in Jakarta on Tuesday.

"We agree to approve the government's proposal on the bill concerning the Indonesian International Financial Center for deliberation in accordance with prevailing laws and regulations," Baleg Chair Bob Hasan said.
