Bengkulu, Sept. 14 -- Indonesia's Regional Representatives Council (DPD) and Korea Maritime & Ocean University (KMOU) exchanged views on the country's need for qualified human resources to fully tap its blue economy potential.

"Indonesia needs a large number of top-tier human resources in the marine and maritime sectors," DPD Speaker Sultan B. Najamudin said during a meeting with a KMOU delegation on Monday, according to a message cited in Bengkulu.
