Jakarta, July 13 -- Indonesia's Directorate General of Taxes has mandated that all tax administration processes must be conducted exclusively through its digital Coretax system starting this month, marking a full transition to a unified network.

The rollout aims to improve institutional governance, enhance transparency, and eliminate off-system paperwork that previously hindered oversight.

"Starting this July, Coretax will truly become the core system," Director General of Taxes Bimo Wijayanto announced on Monday.

"All paperwork for supervision, law enforcement, collection, and appeals will gradually be able to be processed only on the Coretax platform."
