Jakarta, May 27 -- The Ministry of Trade recorded a total potential transaction value of Indonesian food and beverage products reaching Rp230 billion (US$12.6 million) at the Food and Hotel Asia (FHA) 2026 exhibition in Singapore.

According to the ministry's statement on Wednesday, there were 14 export contracts worth US$3.17 million or Rp54.5 billion for honey, organic spices, agricultural products, and other food and beverage products.

In addition, dozens of potential transactions worth US$10.3 million or Rp177 billion were recorded for healthy instant noodles, organic snacks, fishery products, dairy products, various spices, and other food and beverage products.
