Indonesia hands Australian national 10-year ban over sexual indecency
Badung, Bali, Sept. 9 -- Indonesia's immigration authority has imposed a 10-year entry ban on an Australian national, identified by his initials BA, over an act of sexual indecency committed on a resident's private property in Bali.
"This measure is intended to maintain order and security in relation to foreigners' activities in Bali," Head of the Ngurah Rai Immigration Office Novyandri said in Badung District, Bali, on Wednesday.
He noted that the 28-year-old foreigner was involved in an obscene act in North Kuta, Badung, leading to his deportation to Brisbane, Australia.
