Jakarta, Sept. 16 -- President Prabowo Subianto emphasized that the Indonesian government remains focused on resolving fundamental issues that serve as the foundation of Indonesia's strength and self-reliance, including food and energy security, poverty alleviation, and job creation.

Speaking on the "Presiden Prabowo Menjawab" (President Prabowo Answers) program released by the Government Communications Agency in Jakarta on Wednesday, the president stated that food security is one of the government's top priorities to ensure the public's basic needs are met.

"First and foremost, I must secure our food availability. After that, we must secure our fuel supply," Prabowo said.
