Jakarta, Aug. 14 -- Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa expressed strong optimism that the targets outlined in the 2027 Draft State Budget (RAPBN) can be achieved, supported by solid macroeconomic performance in the first half of 2026.

Speaking at a press conference on the 2027 Draft State Budget and its Financial Note in Jakarta on Friday, Purbaya said policy coordination across the monetary, fiscal, and financial sectors would help maintain economic stability.

"What the President (Prabowo Subianto) designed, which was presented to the House of Representatives (DPR), can almost certainly be realized by utilizing our considerable experience thus far," Purbaya said.
