Indonesia expands fishery export access to China
Jakarta, May 31 -- The Indonesian Ministry of Marine Affairs and Fisheries continues to expand access for Indonesian fishery products to enter the Chinese market after more than 600 fish processing units (UPIs) received approval from the country.
The Head of the ministry's Marine and Fisheries Product Quality Control and Supervision Agency, Ishartini, stated that the General Administration of Customs of the People's Republic of China (GACC) has issued permits for eight additional UPIs on Monday, May 11, bringing the total to 638 units.
