Jakarta, March 19 -- The Ministry of Public Works has taken various anticipatory measures to ensure the readiness of national and toll roads for Eid alFitr homecoming traffic and stationed personnel along the routes to provide round-the-clock services.

"We can confirm that all national roads are well prepared. Currently, Indonesia has 47,603 kilometers of national roads, with a serviceability level of about 93 percent," ministry secretary-general Wida Nurfaida said in a statement received here on Thursday.
