Nusantara, April 13 -- The government has initiated the process of securing 3.24 hectares of land to build a complex for municipal police in Nusantara, or IKN-Indonesia's future capital city under development in East Kalimantan Province.
Head of the IKN Authority (OIKN) Basuki Hadimuljono said in Nusantara on Monday that the police headquarters would be located within the city's Government Core Area (KIPP) to support public services and ensure security and order in the region.
"The initial stage of the project began with land clearing. We have set a target to finish all construction works under this stage by the end of 2027," he explained.
