Jakarta, June 5 -- Indonesia Culture Minister Fadli Zon said the "Panoramica" art exhibition is part of the commemoration of 60 years of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Uruguay and serves to strengthen bilateral ties through cultural exchange.

"The event marks the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Indonesia and Uruguay, which began on June 9, 1966. Culture can serve as a bridge between the two countries, despite their vast geographical distance," Fadli said while opening the exhibition at the National Gallery of Indonesia in Jakarta on Thursday.
