Indonesia, Thailand target US$20 billion bilateral trade by 2030
Jakarta, Aug. 4 -- Indonesia and Thailand have set a target to increase bilateral trade to US$20 billion by 2030 through strengthened strategic partnerships across the economic, energy, and agricultural sectors.
The target was announced by Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto during a joint press statement with Thai Prime Minister Anutin Charnvirakul at the Merdeka Palace in Jakarta on Monday (August 3).
"Economic cooperation remains a key pillar of our bilateral relationship. We are optimistic that the trade target of US$20 billion by 2030 can be achieved through the implementation of the strategic partnership roadmap," Prabowo said.
