Jakarta, July 31 -- The Indonesian Air Force (TNI AU) and the Republic of Singapore Air Force (RSAF) held the Junior Officer Exchange Program (JOEP) to enhance human resource quality and strengthen bilateral defense cooperation.

The program took place at several TNI AU bases from July 21 through July 29, 2026, according to a press statement released by the Indonesian Air Force on Friday.

"The annual reciprocal junior officer exchange program serves as a strategic platform to foster professionalism, broaden participants' perspectives, and strengthen cooperation between the two air forces," Indonesian Air Force Head of Information Service Air Commodore I Nyoman Suadnyana said.
