Indonesia, Russia discuss ratification of I-EAEU Free Trade Agreement
Jakarta, May 13 -- The Indonesian and Russian governments discussed the progress of the ratification and implementation of the Indonesia-Eurasian Economic Union Free Trade Agreement (I-EAEU FTA).
The discussion took place at the 14th Indonesia-Russia Joint Commission Meeting (SKB) in Kazan, Russia, on Wednesday.
Indonesian Coordinating Minister for Economic Affairs Airlangga Hartarto met with First Deputy Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Denis Manturov to discuss the progress of the trade agreement, signed on December 21, 2025, and is currently undergoing domestic ratification in each country.
