Indonesia, Russia advance concrete energy cooperation
Indonesia, April 14 -- Jakarta (ANTARA) -
Indonesia and Russia agreed to pursue concrete energy cooperation, including refining, oil trade, and technology, following talks between President Prabowo Subianto and President Vladimir Putin at the Kremlin in Moscow.
Indonesia's Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Bahlil Lahadalia said on Tuesday the discussions were focused on national interests, covering refinery development, strengthening oil supply, and expanded use of energy technology.
"In the long term, Indonesia is opening opportunities for collaboration in the clean energy sector as part of efforts to support energy diversification," Bahlil said in a statement.
