Jakarta, Sept. 4 -- Indonesia's Trade Minister Budi Santoso and his Malaysian counterpart Datuk Seri Johari Abdul Ghani are promoting stronger bilateral investment cooperation through the Malaysia-Indonesia Investment Committee Working Group (MIIC-WG).

The cooperation was one of the topics discussed at the 4th Ministerial Meeting of the Indonesia-Malaysia Joint Trade and Investment Committee (JTIC) at the Ministry of Trade Office in Jakarta on Thursday (Sept 3).

During the meeting, the two ministers exchanged views on investment cooperation and the role of the MIIC-WG in strengthening the synergy between their respective investment authorities.
