Jakarta, Aug. 13 -- The Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) will maintain active communication with MSCI Inc. following the global index provider's August 2026 index review.

"We will certainly continue our communication with MSCI," IDX President Director Jeffrey Hendrik told reporters in Jakarta on Thursday.

He added that the IDX will also continue engaging with global market participants to maintain and strengthen investor confidence in Indonesia's capital market.

Hendrik explained that the announcement was part of MSCI's routine evaluation of global equities, including stocks listed in Indonesia.
