Jakarta, April 18 -- The Ministry of Higher Education, Science, and Technology and the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) are pushing for more targeted, integrated, and impactful national research development by strengthening the national research roadmap.

The initiative was highlighted during a meeting between Minister Brian Yuliarto and BRIN Head Arif Satria in Jakarta on Friday.

"We will work together through a collaborative team, including in drafting research proposals in line with the president's directives," Yuliarto said in a statement issued in Jakarta on Saturday.

Satria echoed the view, emphasizing that aligning research agendas is key to ensuring the effectiveness of innovation-driven national development.
