Jakarta, April 27 -- Deputy Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Hanif Faisol Nurofiq, who has newly appointed, said that his assignment was the result of careful consideration by President Prabowo Subianto to support the national strategic programs on food sector.

Faisol said his position as deputy coordinating minister will focus on fully supporting Coordinating Minister for Food Zulkifli Hasan in realizing the government's flagship programs.

"My duty under the coordinating minister will fully support the ministry's work in realizing the president's flagship programs," Nurofiq remarked at the State Palace in Jakarta on Monday.
