Govt to boost school internet and power grids in 3T areas
Jakarta, July 3 -- The government will strengthen the digitalization of learning in underdeveloped, frontier, and outermost (3T) regions in 2026, following the successful expansion of the program to 288,865 education units across Indonesia.
Head of the Government Communications Agency (Bakom) Muhammad Qodari stated that the reinforcement will focus on increasing electricity and internet infrastructure support to ensure the benefits of digital learning are evenly distributed.
"This program has reached hundreds of thousands of educational units throughout Indonesia," Qodari said during a press conference in Jakarta on Thursday (July 2).
