Jakarta, April 21 -- Deputy Home Minister Akhmad Wiyagus emphasized the government's commitment to ensuring that no person with disabilities is neglected in terms of both human rights protection and population data collection.
He made the statement during an advocacy event on disability data rights at Telkom University in Bandung on Tuesday.
He said data collection is not merely an administrative matter, but a reflection of the state's presence in recognizing and protecting all citizens.
"No person with disabilities should be left unregistered, and no one should be denied their rights. This is not a slogan. This is our work standard," he said.
