Jakarta, April 13 -- Deputy Minister of Creative Economy Irene Umar continues to strengthen collaboration with France, by organizing the ICC Immersion Indonesia/Singapore program held on April 11-16, 2026, in Jakarta.
In her statement, Monday, Irene emphasized Indonesia's strong potential in the global creative economy, particularly in subsectors integrating art and technology.
"Indonesia has strong creative talent and rich cultural diversity. We are open to cross-country collaboration, especially those combining art, technology and immersive experiences. This aligns with our effort to position the creative economy as the new engine of growth," she said during a meeting with the French delegation in Jakarta.
