Jakarta, June 3 -- Defense Minister Sjafrie Sjamsoeddin has called on state civil apparatus (ASN) personnel who have completed Reserve Component (Komcad) training to serve as role models within the ministries and institutions where they work.

"This is your pride, that all of you will show your ministers that the bureaucracy within the ministries and the government of the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) has role models, and those role models are all of you," Sjamsoeddin said at Halim Perdanakusuma Air Force Base, here on Wednesday.

He made the statement when delivering a briefing to 1,773 ASNs who would be inaugurated as Komcad members.
