Jakarta, April 24 -- The government urges Indonesian Hajj pilgrims who have arrived in Medina, Saudi Arabia, to maintain their stamina, drink lots of water, and be aware of the weather, which is expected to reach 34 degrees Celsius with humidity around 25 percent.
"We urge pilgrims to maintain their stamina, drink lots of water, and obey the instructions from the officials. The weather is quite hot, so it is important to maintain condition," the Ministry of Hajj Spokesperson Ichsan Marsha said in Jakarta on Friday.
By the fourth day, 15,349 people from 40 flight groups have departed for the Holy Land. Of these, 9,884 people from 25 groups have arrived in Medina.
