Jakarta, Sept. 3 -- The government said it is prioritizing the activation of 111 Nutrition Fulfillment Service Units (SPPG) or MBG kitchens in the frontier, underdeveloped, and outermost (3T) regions during the initial phase of Free Nutritious Meal (MBG) expansion.

A total of 111 SPPG units are spread across nine provinces, including six provinces in the Papua region. The Coordinating Ministry for Food Affairs said Southwest Papua has 14 SPPG units in 3T areas ready to operate.

"We came here to ensure this SPPG is truly ready," said Coordinating Minister for Food Affairs Zulkifli Hasan in an official statement received here on Thursday.
