Jakarta, June 17 -- The Social Affairs Ministry has once again disbursed additional assistance worth Rp967.5 billion or around US$54.5 million to support the socio-economic recovery phase for survivors of disasters in Aceh, North Sumatra, and West Sumatra.

Social Affairs Minister Saifullah Yusuf, during a press conference here on Wednesday, said the stimulus allocation marked the ninth disbursement period and will be directed toward medium-term emergency response efforts in 10 affected districts and cities across the three provinces.
