Jakarta, March 8 -- Seventeen TransJakarta routes, spanning Mikrotrans, integrated services and Bus Rapid Transit (BRT) corridors, were diverted or shortened on Sunday morning after flooding inundated several streets across Jakarta.
"Due to heavy rainfall causing flooding in several locations, we adjusted operations on Sunday morning to ensure safety and comfort for passengers," TransJakarta public relations and CSR Head Ayu Wardhani said.
Service adjustments included Corridor 2A, running from Pulogadung 1 to Rawa Nangka, which was shortened to terminate at Damai because flooding disrupted the Pulo Nangka section of Corridor 3.
