Jakarta, Aug. 19 -- The Manpower Ministry has highlighted five key aspects of building a vocational education ecosystem that is relevant to workforce needs.

Manpower Ministry Secretary General Cris Kuntadi said in a statement here on Wednesday that the five aspects are skills and character, adaptability to technology, learning infrastructure, institutional governance, and the benefits graduates bring to the workforce and society.

"It is not enough to simply produce skilled graduates. We must shape individuals who have integrity, discipline, competence, and a strong work ethic," he said.
