Jakarta, Oct. 6 -- Investment and Downstreaming Minister Rosan Roeslani said that the energy transition opens new investment opportunities in downstreaming and Indonesia's digital infrastructure as demand grows for electricity in the digital economy and clean energy for industry.

"One of the most important opportunities before us is the intersection of the energy transition and the digital economy," Roeslani said at the opening of the Indonesia International Sustainability Forum (ISF) 2026 here on Tuesday.
