Surabaya, June 12 -- The East Java provincial government engaged Saint Petersburg, Russia, in talks to foster deeper ties, exploring cooperation in hydrofoil boat development, health services, and the use of digital technology in various public services.

East Java Governor Khofifah Indar Parawansa co-chaired the bilateral meeting with Chairman of the Legislative Assembly of Saint Petersburg Alexander N. Belsky in Surabaya, East Java, on Friday.
