Denpasar, Bali, Sept. 10 -- Deputy Coordinating Minister for Food Hanif Faisol Nurofiq asked other regional governments to replicate Denpasar City and Badung District's efforts in waste management.

He conveyed this during his visit to Denpasar on Thursday, after reviewing waste sorting practices at Pedungan 5 Elementary School.

"We urged districts/cities to study Denpasar and Badung, which have quite high complexity, with the presence of tourists compared to the population. Amidst the hustle and bustle of tourist services, this commitment to waste has not diminished," Nurofiq remarked.
