Badung, Bali, March 25 -- A Dutch national has been a victim of murder by two unidentified individuals in Kuta, Badung District, Bali, with the local police investigating the crime.

First Adjunct Inspector Ni Nyoman Ayu Inastuti, responsible for the public relations unit in Badung Police, said that the victim, identified as RP, aged 49, was murdered in front of a villa in Kerobokan Village, North Kuta, on Monday evening.

"The victim suffered from stab wounds in some parts of his body and was declared dead after receiving medical attention," she said on Tuesday.

The police officer stated that the victim was murdered while he was walking to the villa with his girlfriend, who is currently a witness, at around 10 p.m. local time.
