Danantara has no voting rights in KSSK, Finance Minister says
Jakarta, July 29 -- Indonesia's sovereign wealth fund and investment management agency, Danantara, will participate in Financial System Stability Committee (KSSK) meeting solely in an advisory capacity without decision-making or voting rights, Finance Minister Purbaya Yudhi Sadewa clarified.
Addressing reporters in Jakarta following Danantara's first participation in a KSSK meeting, Purbaya emphasized that legal voting power remains exclusively in the hands of Indonesia's four KSSK members: the Finance Ministry, Bank Indonesia (BI), the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the Deposit Insurance Corporation (LPS).
