Jakarta, Sept. 19 -- The Halal Product Assurance Organizing Agency (BPJPH) stated that the opening day of the 5th Halal 20 (H20) Summit yielded 39 strategic partnerships to bolster national and international halal product assurance ecosystems.

"The cooperation produced by H20 demonstrates that strengthening halal ecosystems requires cross-border and cross-sector collaboration," Abdul Syakur, BPJPH Deputy for Partnerships and Halal Standardization, said in a statement on Saturday.

The signed documents comprise 15 Mutual Recognition Agreements (MRAs), four Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs), 19 cooperation agreements, and one separate MoU between BPJPH and a domestic partner.
