Malang, East Java, Aug. 5 -- Indonesia's National Disaster Mitigation Agency (BNPB) emphasised that comprehensive disaster handling and prevention are top priorities under the Disaster Resilient Village (Destana) programme.

Speaking after the Good Practices Learning Workshop on Destana and Its Integration into the Village Planning and Budgeting System in Malang City, East Java, on Wednesday, Head of BNPB Suharyanto said the disaster response and prevention are crucial to minimising casualties and material losses.
