Baznas sends hygiene kits, blankets to quake-hit Central Sulawesi
Jakarta, July 3 -- Indonesia's National Alms Agency (Baznas) distributed 300 hygiene kit packages and blankets to residents of Kamarora Village, Sigi District, Central Sulawesi, to meet basic needs after the mid-June 2026 earthquake.
Baznas Head for Distribution, Utilization, and Empowerment Muzayyad said the aid reflects the agency's swift response to emergencies following the quake that shocked several regions across the province.
"Baznas reaffirmed its presence by distributing hygiene kits and blankets to help residents maintain health and endure extreme weather during the emergency response period," he noted in a statement cited here on Friday.
