Serang, April 25 -- The Banten Provincial Government affirmed its commitment to supporting the national clean energy transition by following central policies on electric vehicle tax exemptions.

Banten Deputy Governor Achmad Dimyati Natakusumah stated in Serang on Saturday that the province would adjust its fiscal regulations following the issuance of Circular Letter from the Minister of Home Affairs Number 900.1.13.1/3764/SJ, which authorizes the granting of these tax incentives.

"For electric vehicles, we will comply with central regulations," Natakusumah said regarding the implementation of the new tax incentives in Serang.
