Kota Bandung, Nov. 1 -- The Bandung City government has established an integrated culinary center beneath the Pasupati overpass for micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs), in an effort to expand business opportunities for local residents and attract tourists.

"The principle is to arrive clean and leave clean. Hopefully, with the clean area, visitors will feel comfortable, and its presence will bring significant benefits to everyone," the Mayor of Bandung City, Muhammad Farhan said here on Sunday.

The area is expected to accommodate up to 60 culinary MSME players.

Farhan said the organizing business areas did not always require grand construction projects.
