Denpasar, Bali, Sept. 17 -- Prosecutors in Denpasar, Bali, are seeking a two-year prison sentence for Australian national Sean Duncan Millar, 50, for ordering methamphetamine for personal use.

Prosecutor Gusti Ayu Yunita told the Denpasar District Court on Thursday that Millar was proven to have illegally possessed and used narcotics, violating Article 127(1)(a) of Indonesia's 2009 Narcotics Law.

Millar, accompanied by his lawyer Jupiter, said he would submit an oral defense, or pledoi, at the next hearing.

Judge Eni Martiningrum adjourned the case until Thursday, September 24, 2026, to allow the defense counsel to present its argument.
