Bandung, West Java, Sept. 6 -- The Energy and Mineral Resources Ministry's Geological Agency said volcanic ash from Mount Anak Krakatau's eruption in the Sunda Strait has spread across five provinces, namely Banten, West Java, Jakarta, Lampung, and Bengkulu.

Head of the Geological Agency Lana Saria said here on Sunday that volcanic ash from Mount Anak Krakatau has been observed spreading in the atmosphere toward Banten, parts of West Java and Jakarta, as well as Lampung and Bengkulu.
